The demands on managers have changed significantly, especially in agile, non-hierarchical teams. We rely on the positive leadership approach and support managers in developing their individual leadership style and putting it into practice. Regular coaching and supervision ensure the achievement of objectives and sustainable transfer into practice. Our aim is to shape leadership in such a way that it increases the motivation and effectiveness of the entire team.
