We support Dr. Hauschka in its strategic and digital development, both nationally and internationally. A particular focus is on establishing the D2C business model. A central component of our work is optimizing the customer journey and the entire user experience, whereby we are working on the development of specific D2C measures.
This includes not only strategic advice on the next steps, but also the design of efficient team structures and close coordination with different markets and countries. By creating clear roadmaps and using design thinking workshops, we have laid a solid foundation for sustainable further development.
Close collaboration with the team ensures that digital measures are not only effective but also future-proof. Modern tools such as Shopware 6, Figma, Miro, and analytics tools are used to enable data-driven decisions and strategically expand Dr. Hauschka’s digital presence.
