We are looking for:
Working Student WordPress & Automation (m/f/d)

Hello – we’re glad you’ve found your way here!

Are you currently studying and keen to gain practical experience in web development – with a clear focus on WordPress, e-commerce and modern, automated ways of working?

With us, you will collaborate alongside experienced colleagues from tech, creative and strategy teams, contributing to projects for well-known brands such as AIDA. You will be able to get involved, contribute your ideas and learn in a highly professional environment.

In addition to working on WordPress-based website projects, you will gain in-depth insights into maintenance processes, automation and the use of AI in day-to-day agency work. By collaborating closely with our developers, you will become familiar with different approaches – from structured maintenance operations to innovative workflow concepts.

If you are eager to continuously develop your skills and enjoy working in a team that is both organised and professional – and genuinely warm and welcoming – then you may have just found not only your new role, but your new professional home.

  • You will work on recurring maintenance tasks and help to structure, document and progressively automate them.
  • You will implement front-end adjustments (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and support content updates.
  • You will contribute to the further development of automation workflows – for example for updates, checks or documentation.
  • Together with the team, you will experiment with AI-supported tools and workflows to make development and maintenance processes more efficient.
Aufgaben

Your profile:

  • You are studying computer science, media informatics, web development, e-commerce or a comparable subject.
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as an understanding of responsive web design.
  • You are interested in web technologies, e-commerce projects and technical interdependencies.
  • You work in a structured and careful manner – especially when dealing with recurring tasks such as maintenance and upkeep.
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English, both within the team and in project settings.

Ideally, you also bring:

  • Initial practical experience with WordPress (installation, usage, customisation).
  • First exposure to Git and hosting/staging environments.
  • An interest in automation, for example using no-code/low-code tools or simple scripts.
  • Curiosity about the use of AI in day-to-day development work.
  • You are organised, communicative, reliable and detail-oriented.
  • You are eager to learn, take on responsibility and become part of our professional and technical development journey.

Things you should know.

  • Anne will get in touch with you and arrange an initial meeting with her and another member of the team.
  • In a further meeting, you’ll get to know more people from the team.
  • Through a practical task, we’ll learn about your way of working and problem-solving approach.
  • We’ll get back to you with feedback.
  • If everything fits for both sides, you’ll be starting very soon.

Let’s just chat, we’ll figure it out together quickly. We’d like to get to know you, then we’ll see what happens next.

You can expect to earn around EUR 15 per hour. This figure is for guidance only.

We speak German and English, and some of our colleagues also bring other languages to the team.

We work two days at the agency and three days remotely. We do this because we are confident that seeing each other in person is beneficial for us and our collaboration, and because it builds trust and psychological security. However, we also greatly value remote work because it gives us space for deep work, work-life balance, and freedom.

I am your contact person.
