Relaunch and digitization of the online presence.
The Reifen Helm website features a modern, user-friendly digital presence. We migrated the platform from Typo3 to the intuitive CMS WordPress. A key objective is to optimize the digital customer journey and implement various onsite optimizations in the areas of UX, UI, SEO, and performance.
One component of the new online presence is the seamless connection to the TopM R6 ERP system. This integration makes booking appointments for tire changes, vehicle inspections, and other services more convenient and efficient. Customers can easily make appointments online, while workshops are relieved of some of the burden and can focus more on their actual work without being tied up by high call volumes.
In addition to optimizing the booking processes, we have also expanded the career section. Job vacancies are clearly listed online, allowing interested parties to find their way into the company quickly and easily.
Beyond the website, we also support Reifen Helm in strengthening its brand presence. Together with our partner “Communicators,” we focus specifically on offline measures and social media campaigns to optimally position the company in the digital and analog world.
The new website not only brings customers directly from the internet to the stores, but also ensures that Reifen Helm can present its services optimally and implement them efficiently. By automating previously manual processes, the company saves time and money while maximizing transparency and user-friendliness.

Founded in Hamburg-Winterhude in 1912, the family business has developed into an established name in northern Germany over four generations. With more than 50 branches and almost 600 employees, Reifen Helm is one of the largest automotive repair shops and tire dealers in northern Germany. The company offers a comprehensive range of services covering the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all types of vehicles.
