

Relaunch on all digital touchpoints.
Since 2021, we have been supporting AIDA Cruises with the relaunch of their online presence for end customers, travel agencies and the intranet. The digital infrastructure is based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and MangoApps. The measures include conceptual work, UI design expertise and digital strategy consulting to optimize the user experience at all digital touchpoints.
With the relaunch of the aida.de website, a comprehensive improvement of the digital customer journey was realized, which sustainably increased both sales and self-service engagement. At the heart of the redesign was the optimization of all page types for maximum user-friendliness, supplemented by the implementation of user-friendly content fragments. The visual renewal through a unified corporate identity in combination with emotionally appealing video content creates a modern, contemporary brand experience that facilitates the booking process for new customers in particular and at the same time strengthens trust in the AIDA brand.
As part of the migration of the EXPInet, we have fundamentally realigned the AIDA portal for travel agencies, one of the company’s central sales and information channels. The redesigned portal prioritizes quickly accessible information over inspiring content and provides travel agencies with optimized access to offer information, promotional arguments and comprehensive customer advice material. The full integration of bonus material and training offers into the AEM platform completes the digital ecosystem for sales partners.
The relaunch of the intranet based on MangoApps is designed to connect all employees – both on land and at sea – at all times and on all devices. The system promotes communication within teams and locations as well as the cross-departmental exchange of experiences to strengthen internal communication and company loyalty.
User tests and KPI analyses are used to continuously check the acceptance of all measures and optimise them where necessary.
