We’re looking for you because numbers are your thing and you want to keep our accounting department on its toes. You will be responsible for preparatory bookkeeping and close contact with our tax consultants. You will also coordinate all incoming and outgoing payments. We are in the process of digitizing our bookkeeping and would be delighted if you could contribute your ideas and thoughts not only here, but also in everything that makes our bookkeeping department run smoothly.

The tasks in your new role:

  • Digital preparation of incoming invoices and download of digital statements

  • Recording all data in digital form (Moco)

  • Cash management and control of credit card statements

  • Entering bank transfers into online banking

  • Compiling receipts for tax advice in DATEV

  • Liquidity planning and cost controlling

This is the know-how you should bring with you:

  • Experience with preparatory bookkeeping

  • A high affinity for numbers and a desire to work in a structured, careful manner

  • Ideally experience with DATEV and possibly Moco

  • Digital expertise (online banking, document digitization, …)

We prefer to talk about our offer for your salary once we have gotten to know you, because then we can work with you to design a position that suits you exactly – also in terms of salary.
But you can expect to earn around 30,000 to 42,000 EUR/year for 40 hours full-time. This figure is for guidance only and will vary depending on the number of hours you work part-time.

We speak German and English and some colleagues also bring other languages to the team.

We work at least two days at the agency, three days can be remote. We do this because we are sure that seeing each other in person is good for our professional development and our collaboration. Because it creates trust and psychological security. But we also value remote work immensely because it gives us room for deep work, compatibility and freedom.
