Further development and role design.

Further development is more than just an important topic for us. It is an attitude. It is the answer to the question of how we can keep up in this constantly changing digital world.

We do not see our agency as a collection of fixed positions, but as a puzzle in which people and their strengths come together. In this way, each of us can take on responsibility in a role, develop in it and try out new things.

We encourage each other in our collaboration and, as an agency, provide the space for individual development and the assumption of responsibility. There is no room for topics such as the classic career ladder, fixed positions or titles. In this way, each of us can contribute our strengths and we can achieve more together.

What everyone needs to bring to the table is an agile mindset that welcomes change. The openness to say what you want and what you don’t want. What we bring to the table are trust, transparency and the opportunity for further development. We do not leave this to chance, but offer structures such as personal and professional coaching, mentorships, seminars, agile coffees, mutual sparring and much more.
