We do not see our agency as a collection of fixed positions, but as a puzzle in which people and their strengths come together. In this way, each of us can take on responsibility in a role, develop in it and try out new things.

We encourage each other in our collaboration and, as an agency, provide the space for individual development and the assumption of responsibility. There is no room for topics such as the classic career ladder, fixed positions or titles. This allows each of us to contribute our strengths and we can achieve more together.
